When in San Francisco...

So, umm, Brian's soccer team got their jerseys on Saturday. I guess keeping with the whole S.F. theme, they're a nice shade of Pink. Most of the parents seemed a little upset by the color, well except for the parents of the one girl on the team. We also learned that we had never taught Brian how to do jumping jacks. His attempts were hilarious. I wish we had it on video.

Georgia Fun

A few pictures from our latest findings in Georgia...cotton fields and alligators. We spent the weekend in Hilton Head, South Carolina. We had fun picking cotton on the way and spotting alligators in the ponds (I don't think Ash would have described the alligator spotting as "fun"). The other picture is from the Georgia Aquarium. Ashlyn is more comfortable with the animal behind a foot deep acrylic wall.

Camping, ...Time!

Just a picture from our ward campout in exotic Camp Lehi.Seems alot farther away when you're coming from S.F. Anyway, a good time was had by all.

Mus-Crab (Gibson)

We went out to catch tadpoles in the ponds, and Beck got hurt so I (Emily) took him inside. 10 minutes later Gibson and Scott come and tell us to come down and see what they caught!! We were so excited thinking about a frog, and then Scott held up what they caught. Of course I screamed and ran back up the stairs until he assured me it was dead. A Muskrat. Gibson keeps saying, "I don't wanna touch a muscrab." If any of you haven't seen a muskrat before, they are scary lookin' dudes.

Nautical but nice Labor Day

We went down to aquatic park today and checked out all of the old Ships at Hyde Street Pier. The Balclutha (the one in the first pic) was the coolest. Brian loved everything about them. He's at the helm of the Balclutha in the second pic, and in the wheelhouse of the Eureka, a big paddle wheel ferry, in the third. He's got quite the mullet going doesn't he?
